Does this service include any wax, sealant, or tire dressing?
No. This package is strictly a deep-cleaning exterior service. It includes foam pre-wash, full hand wash, iron removal, and clay bar treatment — but no paint protection or tire shine. If you'd like protection added, check out our Exterior Protect & Seal upgrade option.
How long does the Basic Deep Clean take?
Generally between 2 and 2.5 hours, depending on the size and condition of your vehicle. We don’t rush — every inch gets treated with the same level of care and professionalism, even during mobile service.
Is this safe for vehicles with ceramic coatings or PPF?
Yes. In fact, this service is ideal for ceramic-coated or PPF-wrapped vehicles. We use pH-neutral, coating-safe shampoos like CarPro Reset, and our mitt-based wash/decon method is swirl-free and safe for delicate finishes.
Will this remove things like bug splatter, tree sap, or hard water spots?
It will remove most light surface contamination, including bug residue and bonded grime. However, heavy sap, etching, or severe hard water spots may require additional services like paint correction or spot polishing — which we don’t include in this package.
Do you need access to my water or electricity?
Yes — we will need access to your outdoor water spigot and standard electrical outlet during the appointment. We bring all tools, hoses, and equipment — we simply ask that both utilities be available and within reach before we begin.
