At The Detailing Gent, every appointment is a reserved concierge experience. As a luxury mobile interior car detailing service proudly serving Easton and the South Shore, we maintain a strict, professional schedule to honor both your time and ours.
Deposits Are Now Required
To secure your spot on our exclusive calendar, a non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. This ensures that our mobile detailing team can prepare your service with precision and priority.
Deposit Tiers:
$25 for all services
Your deposit is not an added fee. It is applied to the total cost of your service. For example, if your detailing service totals $395 and you’ve placed a $50 deposit, you’ll only pay $345 at time of checkout.
Why Do We Require Deposits?
As a high-end, mobile-only service, our availability is limited and highly tailored. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent other discerning clients from receiving care — and significantly impact small businesses like ours.
A deposit confirms your intent to proceed and allows us to allocate premium time, tools, and detailing products specifically for your vehicle.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. However, to remain fair to all clients:
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit to rebook.
No-shows forfeit the deposit entirely.
Early cancellations (more than 24 hours in advance) may apply the original deposit to a new booking within 30 days.
What If It Rains or Snows?
We are a mobile service, and weather can affect our ability to perform to luxury standards:
If inclement weather prevents us from safely or thoroughly detailing your vehicle, we will reschedule at no extra charge, and your deposit will carry over.
Interior services are often still possible in garages or covered spaces. We’ll evaluate this on a case-by-case basis for your comfort and convenience.
